Hi all..
I have Java Program Which make many Threads after i execut it on Solaris Unix How i see which thread execute in which processor and how much take of the processor...( I execut the program on mainfram Many processor on Solaries Unix)

You can't tell which threads are running on which processor, but Solaris used to come with a tool which showed load and cpu use per processor - pervmeter I think it was called.

perfmeter -a (to show all)

Unless your looking for something like 'top', which will show you the processes by name

But (and I am going back a few years here) top is not by default installed on Solaris.
