freeze keyboard and mouse

i'm doing a project about client server application in java. i have a problem on how to freeze the keyboard and mouse (at server side) when there are a connection between client and server (when client run their application). in my project i have many server (student side) and one client (lecturer side). what should i do. anybody have any code for that program??

You'll have to "steal" the keyboard and the mouse from the OS in the server. So to answer that one has to know what OS is involved. My guess is that it's probably quite hard to do in plain Java.

What are you trying to do, what is your goal? What you have written is too vague to guess what's going on.

If you want a GUI to be unresponsive, you usually make the appropriate components disabled.

I made the assumption the the OP wanted to lock the whole computer from user input not just the server application.
