Runtime.exec() .....help
Jul 26, 2004 12:00 PM

hello all

Can anybody tell me please...
how can i invoke wget(command line browser) from a java programme.
I want to invoke wget and need to put the output (ie.,HTML file) into a file and parse thet HTML file.

the wget command line options will be like this
wget --proxy-user="username" --proxy-passwd="password" --post-data="cmm=next&hd=10%2007%202004&cmmcd=28&dt=2004" http://www.agmarknet.nic. in / cmm datrap.asp

This will work fine on commandline and output the asp file in the same directory where i invoke the command.

I want to invoke this from a java programme.
