It is possible in any case.Outlook express takes reading effort only once.

What's probably happening with Outlook is that it's caching the attachment on the client disk in a temporary directory. When you reaccess the attachment a second time it's not being requested from the server again, it's using the cached object instead.

If I access an attachment from Yahoo!, there's no such caching going on. I have to either save it to my local disk or make yet another request to the server. There's no other way in that case.

You have to have a better understanding of what's happening behind the scenes to make that judgement and design your app accordingly.

I feel all emal service providers follow this concept of caching.The moment u click inbox it opens

Wrong. I just gave you an example to the contrary with Yahoo! mail. They don't all work like that.

Kayaman please send me a code to develop a SMTP server
and create SMTP protocol.I would agree
then that Mr Kayaman has only learnt to work on his
