Does anyone have an ideas on how to accomplish this ? I would like to set up a dedicated email system that user can send emails to that request changes, issues, etc, etc. Then read and parse these email and populate them into a Database. Using JDBC have the database available for searches, etc. the backend part I can do, but I don't know if the email to database part is reasonable. The users will be sending email from Outlook to a didicated email account that must be acessible for me to read and parse.
