Calculating Date Differences
Jul 5, 2004 6:51 PM

Hello, I have to create a method which takes two parameters representing a month and a day. This method has to calculate the number of days elapsed between 2 dates in a year (e.g. from January 1 to July 5). I am somewhat new to Java programming and have studied the GregorianCalendar() and Date() methods but am not sure how to incorporate those methods into the method I have to create. I only ask here for a little bit of assistance as to how best tackle this problem (or at least start it). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
