Configure Jacob to be used with Java

Hi all,
Can someone please tell me how to configure jacob so that I can use it with java.
I put the jar file in the classpath but what about the dll file where should I put it.
Is jacob compatible with all MS Office like XP.

I had a quick look at the Jacob home page and noticed this near the bottom:

"The JACOB mailing list is hosted at yahoo groups: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/jacob-project. This is the preferred way to get support for JACOB."

Put jacob.dll in windows/system32 or in jre/bin.

Try SDK from
http://www.simtel.net/product.php?id=60701&sekid=0&SiteID=simtel.net
There JNI DLL can be in the same dir. where the java module for this SDK resides (see examples).
